Provider Agreement
These simple terms govern every homeowner lead a provider accepts or uses from QuoteReview.
Effective 17 August 2026
1. Agreement and eligibility
By accepting, viewing or using a QuoteReview lead, the provider agrees to these terms. The provider must hold every licence, registration and insurance required for the work and supply evidence on request. Separate written commercial terms govern any lead fee.
2. Permitted use
A lead may be used only to respond to the homeowner’s identified project. The provider must not sell, disclose, enrich or transfer it, add the person to a general marketing list, or use it for an unrelated purpose. Access must be limited to staff and contractors who need it and are bound by equivalent obligations.
3. Contact limits
Unless the homeowner responds or asks for further contact, the provider may make no more than two contact attempts across all channels during the seven days after receiving a lead. Contact must occur at reasonable local times, clearly identify the provider and QuoteReview referral, and stop immediately when requested.
4. Data handling and security
The provider must comply with applicable privacy, spam, telemarketing and Do Not Call laws; use reasonable safeguards; keep the lead accurate; and promptly tell QuoteReview of any suspected loss, unauthorised access or disclosure. Initial incident notice must be sent within 24 hours of discovery to privacy@quotereview.com.au.
5. Suppression and deletion
The provider must action an opt-out immediately, record it on its own suppression list and notify QuoteReview within one business day. Lead data must be securely deleted within 90 days after the last project contact, or sooner when the homeowner or QuoteReview requests it, unless a law requires retention. Any retained data must be isolated and used only for that legal purpose. The provider must confirm deletion on request.
6. Lead quality and homeowner choice
QuoteReview does not guarantee that a lead is accurate, exclusive, responsive or commercially successful. The provider is responsible for its own assessment, quote, contract, work and communications. It must not claim to be endorsed by or act as an agent of QuoteReview.
7. Suspension and responsibility
QuoteReview may suspend lead access for suspected misuse, complaints, licensing concerns or breach. Each party remains responsible for loss caused by its own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes and governing law
Material changes apply prospectively after reasonable notice. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to courts with jurisdiction there.
