This short notice applies when you upload a quote or ask providers to contact you.

What we collect and why
We collect the uploaded quote to generate your requested AI-assisted review. If you ask for competing quotes, we also collect your name, email, phone number, postcode, project category, structured review and a record of your consent so we can match and route your request.
What is optional
You can receive the on-screen review without submitting contact details. If you do not provide the required contact details and consent, we cannot arrange provider contact. Please remove unrelated personal or sensitive information from a quote before uploading it.
Who receives it
The uploaded file is processed by OpenAI to generate the review and is not saved by QuoteReview. Vercel hosts the service and Supabase stores the resulting structured review and lead record. If you opt in, we disclose the lead—not the uploaded file—to no more than three matching providers. These services may process data overseas.
Your choices
You can withdraw from further contact through our unsubscribe form. For access, correction, deletion or a privacy complaint, email privacy@quotereview.com.au. Our Privacy Policy explains our practices in full.
